It was an absolute delight to have the opportunity to film and photograph Rosie and Josh's beautiful wedding day at Pennard House. The sun was shining relentlessly, making it one of the hottest days of the entire summer. Thankfully, I had the foresight to wear a pair of shorts, which provided a bit of relief from the scorching heat. As a dedicated Somerset wedding videographer and photographer, I must say that we are incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by such a diverse array of wedding venues right on our doorstep. Each venue possesses its own unique charm and ambiance.

The wedding proposal
We were on holiday in Australia for three weeks, and we started our travels in Sydney. We decided to walk from Coogee Beach to Sydney, and Josh proposed whilst we were overlooking Coogee Beach, in a very secluded spot with no one around. It was so lovely!
Why did you choose Pennard House and what makes it special to you?
We both knew we wanted to get married in Somerset, and we both love going to Glastonbury. Pennard House seems relaxed, family-orientated, and a little rustic, which is exactly what we wanted!
