Why did you choose Elmhay Park to be your wedding venue?

We absolutely love the walled garden, it has beautiful climbing roses, old bricks, and smells of lavender. We love how rustic and charming it is. The whole estate is huge and has gorgeous cottages and traditional buildings dotted around. When we first saw the Birdseye view picture of it, we were blown away. We also love Somerset and I spent many summers there as a child. We love the idea of making a whole weekend of it with our nearest and dearest!

Please list 3 things that will be unique about your wedding Elmhay:

I wouldn't say there is anything that makes our wedding particularly unique but we have hired a vintage Gin bike company making delicious Gin cocktails for our guests, we have put a lot of thought into the music and have a fantastic acoustic guitarist playing all day and our first dance and we also have selected a florist that grows her own British flowers in her own Polytunnels which was important to us!

What experience do you want to give to your guests at Elmhay Park?

A really relaxed, informal day with lots to eat and drink. Lots of laughs, lots of great music, and lots of dancing!

What part of the wedding day at Elmhay Park are you looking forward to the most:

I honestly do not think we can pinpoint one moment that we're most excited for. We're both looking forward to getting ready with our closest people in the morning. We both cant wait to see each other to say our vows, we've both written speeches that we're excited to give and we can't wait to have a drink and a dance! I think what we can say, is that we're looking forward to seeing all the people we love in one room, celebrating with us.

How did you find a wedding videographer and photographer?

We picked you because your drone footage is stunning, the non-intrusive, modern way you work is more us than the traditional way that wedding photographers work and your work is just gorgeous!
